Job Title : Compliance Specialist

Duration : 07 Months Contract (Potential to extend)

Location : Hanover NJ 07936

Pay Range : $37.00 - $40.88 Hourly

Description :

With the uncertainty of tariffs applied to U.S. imports, additional support is needed to set up a solution, as well as ensure the accuracy of all value declarations to US Customs & Border Protection (CBP)

Required Skills :

• Revise the following to accurately reflect the business need : Reviews corporate documents, submissions, etc. for purposes of ensuring compliance with a variety of specific governmental regulations.
• This may involve SEC (securities), OSHA, workers' compensation, or, in the case of a drug manufacturer or distributor, various FDA regulations.
• Typically, an in-house corporate position. Generally, a 4-year degree or paralegal certification required.
