MEPPI's High Voltage Switchgear Division (HVSD) is seeking a skilled Material Handler to play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. From moving materials to keeping inventory organized, you'll be an essential part of ensuring our operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do :

• Ensure Safe Deliveries : Load, unload, and safely transport materials between MEPPI facilities, maintaining the highest standards to prevent damage.
• Operate Equipment : Use forklifts, cranes, and other machinery to handle materials efficiently and safely.
• Manage Inventory : Stock and maintain the Keystone Drive WIP area, return materials, and keep inventory items dispersed and organized.
• Support Production : Crate, uncrate, and wash parts using hand and power tools. Tag and move materials to their proper locations for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate Logistics : Deliver and pick up interoffice mail and maintain stock areas for bins, pallets, A-frames, and stackable racks.
• Collaborate and Improve : Assist the HVSD Supervisor, suggest process improvements, and contribute to the team's success.
• Follow Policies : Actively support MEPPI's Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies to create a safe and efficient workplace.

What You Bring :

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to stand, crawl, squat, kneel, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.

Valid driver's license.
