The Opportunity

Seeking Board Eligible / Certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians.

This position is for the observation unit.

Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Sutter Medical Center – Sacramento, California

Large inner-city tertiary community facility.

STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center.

54-bed ED beds, 11-bed PEDS ED, and 8 fast track beds.

Annual volume of 110,000 with a 15% admit rate.

Comprehensive call panel excluding trauma, ophthalmology, rheumatology, dermatology.
