Job Overview
The Creative Designer supports the company across all functions by producing high-quality visual assets that elevate our brand and improve clarity, consistency, and communication.
This role delivers design support for a wide range of business needs, including marketing, product, CX, web, print, internal documentation, and more.
We are looking for a versatile, self-directed designer with a strong portfolio of clean, modern design work and a systems mindset. The ideal candidate has DTC experience, works well across teams, and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Cross-Functional Design Support
- Produce branded graphic assets for use across departments (Marketing, Product, etc.)
- Maintain and expand visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency company-wide
- Design internal materials including templates, launch decks, and presentations.
Web & Email Design
Create homepage banners, landing pages, and PDP assets for our Shopify siteDesign visual content and templates for email campaigns (experience with Klaviyo preferred)Apply conversion best practices across all digital touchpointsPerformance Marketing Creative
Design ad assets (static and light motion) for Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.Create infographics and visual explainers for paid and organic campaignsAdapt creative for different formats and audiences while staying on brandProduct, Packaging & Print Assets
Design product documentation : packaging, insert cards, and assembly guidesCreate clean, instructional layouts for customer-facing PDFs and manualsCollaborate with the product team to translate technical content into visual assetsPhoto & Video Editing
Retouch product and lifestyle photography for PDPs, ads, social, and internal useEdit both short-form and long-form video content as needed (e.g. social, help videos, product demos)Maintain organized source files and follow internal versioning standardsCreative Innovation & Special Projects
Contribute to creative projects that involve illustration, animation, or AI-assisted designSupport brand and content innovation through new formats (e.g. stickers, GIFs, digital tools)Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design; DTC or e-commerce experience preferredStrong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful design across digital and printProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere / After Effects)Experience with Figma, Klaviyo, Shopify, and other modern creative toolsExcellent attention to detail, version control, and visual consistencyAbility to work cross-functionally, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving needsBonus : experience with motion design, illustration, or digital creative innovation#J-18808-Ljbffr
