We are currently seeking an Associate Mechanical Principal to join our Data Center Innovations Engineering team in Dallas, TX, as a member of our Engineering and Design division. The role will be a key member of the DCI leadership team representing the Engineering and Design department professionally by engaging deeply with customers to understand their long term needs and plans, and make a compelling case for selecting the McKinstry team.

The Data Center Innovations Engineering Team supports and uplifts the data center work at McKinstry. Whether a 100 Megawatt Design-Build construction project, an offsite manufacturing product, or a consulting-only opportunity, the Engineering expertise comes from this team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a fast growing, high performing team, that is focused on delivering smart solutions.

The pay range for this position is $130,320-$213,180; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
