Customer Service Representative

Now hiring for a customer service rep for a manufacturing company in Brooklyn Center!! Must be qualified!! Must haves : 2+ year of customer service experience, 2+ years of order entry experience, 1+ year of experience with ERP systems - Epicor (Profit 21), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.

Description : Answer inbound customer calls regarding machines and parts. Enter in customer orders into ERP system. Occasionally receive troubleshooting problems from customers. They will most likely transfer to the technical rep or one of the engineers. Occasionally perform outbound calls and emails to vendors to clarify orders and requests. Typically this is all done through the ERP system. Receive a lot of inbound email orders as well.

Pay : $25-$26 / hr (based on experience)

Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
