Overview :
The Senior Director functions as the senior non-physician executive for a significant segment of daily hospital operations, directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a significant number of ambulatory practices, hospital based practices, and / or diagnostic facilities within a geographic region or for one or more hospital based service lines. Supervises Directors, Managers and Team Coordinators, responsible for the development and expert execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives related to growth, staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service / satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance, safety and security.

Masters Degree (Required)
Experience
Healthcare leadership - 7 years (Required)
Diverse management experience / knowledge with a track record of progressively responsible positions in complex health-related organizations.

Sentara CarePlex Hospit a l , located in Hampton, VA, is a 224-bed technologically advanced, acute care facility, and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Other features include specialized services in heart and vascular, urologic care, along with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities, a hospitalist program, and one of the state's busiest emergency departments.
