Program Manager
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Duluth, MN to provide leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to program teams to ensure quality service delivery and financial viability. The Program Manager ensures programs are run according to RSI's mission and philosophy, and in compliance with state regulations and county licensing requirements. Salary : $59,000-$62,000.

Key Program Manager Duties :
Responsible for ensuring programs are run according to the organization's mission and philosophy.Screen referrals for assigned programs based on individual needs, coordinate tours for prospective service recipients and develop service contracts for referred individuals.Ensure services are delivered using person-centered practices that support individuals' preferences, daily needs, and activities to achieve their personal goals and service outcomes.Assure that individualized service plans and person-centered outcomes are completed, implemented, reviewed, revised as necessary and reported on as required by licenser / certification standard.Evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, methodologies and progress towards individuals' outcomes based on measurable and observable criteria for identifying when desired outcomes have been achieved.Ensure the development and implementation of positive support strategies and outcomes that promote desired behaviors by building skills, addressing interfering behaviors, and teaching alternative behaviors.Support the professional growth and development of staff through effective performance management including frequent communication, performance feedback, training, and development.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, planning and assigning work, and facilitating team meetings.Attend training sessions and meetings, staying up to date with company policies, industry trends, and professional development.Assist in developing and delivering organizational training sessions for RSI staff.Assure that programs are adequately staffed and maintained within budget guidelines.Develop and maintain programs, policies and procedures keeping up-to-date with state rules and legislative changes for all types of services.Identify and participate in the development and facilitation of new services and programs to enhance the organization's ability to meet the needs of people receiving services.Initiate state and / or county rate setting and rate exception processes, ensuring that confirmation is received from the County.Explore, advocate for, and implement assistive and monitoring technologies to enhance independence and self-sufficiency for individuals served.Participate in the after hour On-Call supervisor rotation, which includes being the recipient of any internal maltreatment reports.Ensure that programs implement necessary corrective actions identified during the review of Incident, Emergency, and Maltreatment reports in accordance with licensing requirements.Participate and contribute to organizational committees and projects.About RSI : RSI has been working in communities in Minnesota since 1978 in home and community-based settings for people living with disabilities and mental illness, providing a range of services catered for individuals of all ages, identities, and abilities.
