This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing acute and critical patient situations, and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.\n
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and response to care interventions.\n
- Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.\n
- Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.\n
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.\n
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking.\n
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.\n
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting.\n
- Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).\n
- Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island (or compact state eligibility).\n

- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - Required\n
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Preferred\n

- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills.\n

- Proficiency in triage and emergency interventions.\n
