We're looking for an experienced and motivated Affordable Housing Community Manager in Buffalo, NY to join our growing team!

Compensation : $48,000 - $52,000 / annually (based on experience). Full Time, 40 hours a week, non-exempt.

Property : St. Martin Village ( St-Martin-Village Page - www.rcgltd.net )

• This community is operated under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code and is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low-income households.

Key Responsibilities :

Essential Qualifications :

Preferred : Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) or Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) certification.

Preferred : OneSite software experience.

Preferred : previous supervisory experience.
