Territory Manager

Our client is a family owned, global industry leader in the precision metal products space. They utilize numerous unique alloys to meet their customer and client needs ranging from foil, wire, strip, and ribbon materials used in critical applications for numerous industries.

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the Southeast territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Southeast Territory Manager should have : a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a sales environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients. A background in the industrial and manufacturing industry is preferred. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Experience in steel / specialty metal sales REQUIRED.

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, w / 20%-30%+ bonus structure. Reps typically bring in $160,000-$180,000.
