Valid Driver’s License and PassportYou have 8+ years’ experience in a leadership roleYou have 5+ experience operating in the Hospitality, Retail, Clinic, or a related industryYou have a degree in Business, Hospitality, Aesthetics, or a related fieldYou love taking risks, but you also know when to hold strongYou let the numbers guide you, but you know that excellent service is the priority above allYou are proficient in analyzing Profit and Loss Statements and how to control costsYou have experience budgeting and being held accountable for budget targetsYou have an ability to optimize labor through scheduling and daily managementResponsibilities :
Managing the successful integration of Clinic’s and supporting a positive transitionThe ongoing management of multi-unit regional clinics at a high levelManage the family focused relationship at the Clinic levelAssist in the evolution of the MSP Premiere ModelManage the overall transition of clinics into the MSP family at both a high level and a granular levelCreate and execute a clinic 100-day plans and beyondRecruitment, selection and onboarding of Clinic Lead’s and supporting managementOngoing training plans for integration and further education of all Clinic Team Members including technical learningEstablish the online centralized Team Member engagement systemWork with the MSP Clinicians board to establish and evolve learning initiatives and continuing educationPartner with the People team to develop recruitment and onboarding materialsPartner with the Finance team to integrate the system into the MSP financial model and systemsCreate and evolve in-clinic Standard Operating ProceduresCapture and evolve best practice and a process for best practice roll outMentoring and development Clinic level ManagersAssist in special projects where necessaryJob Type : Hybrid : 2-3 days a week in clinic / remaining remote.
