Overview :

Hillside Resort is currently hiring experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. With two indoor bars and outdoor bar service , this is a great opportunity for a skilled bartender who enjoys working in a high-volume, energetic, and scenic lakefront setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a clean and organized bar

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience

Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately

Work cooperatively with bar staff, servers, and management

Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and safety procedures

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required

Must be 21+

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Weekend and evening availability required
