MD / DO - Family Medicine - Appleton, WI

Op portunity details include :

• Full Time : 36 patient contact hours
• Mi nimal call : 2 weekdays per month, average of 3 weekends per year
• 18-33 patients per day
• The physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive and innovative medical staff, including MA, RN and PSR
• Call Group is inclusive of Appleton North, Appleton West and Black Creek which includes 17 Physicians and 10 APC's
