ServiceNow Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in integration and data ingestion systems, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes

Assist in the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and troubleshoot related issues

Support CMDB processes, including alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or equivalent experience

10 years of relevant work experience in ITIL / ITSM and ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery

4+ years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders to capture ITSM requirements

Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow functionality, including CMDB and Discovery

ITIL Foundations V3 / V4 Certification
