About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager who will lead a short-term, high-impact project to establish the foundational workforce architecture for the growing Artificial Intelligence Division. This position requires that you have strong expertise in job architecture and organizational design. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of the AI / ML workforce by leading initiatives in workforce planning, competency development, and career pathway design. Key Responsibilities Lead AI / ML workforce planning efforts to align talent strategies with organizational goals. Design and implement job families, role definitions, and career pathways for technical and AI / ML-focused teams. Develop competency frameworks that define core skills, behaviors, and performance expectations. Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide market-informed recommendations to ensure equity and competitiveness. Partner with senior leadership, HR, and technical teams to integrate architecture frameworks into hiring, development, and retention strategies. Provide strategic workforce insights to support long-term organizational growth and transformation. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in workforce strategy, HR consulting, or organizational design. Demonstrated experience supporting AI / ML or technical teams. Proven expertise in : Job architecture design Competency modeling Compensation benchmarking Strong knowledge of workforce planning tools, organizational effectiveness strategies, and HR best practices. Experience working within large, complex organizations or the public sector. Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Attributes Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. Ability to translate workforce data and insights into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with emerging AI / ML workforce trends and their implications for job design.
