Superintendent Opening - Multifamily Construction

Our client, a reputable Multifamily General Contractor (GC), is seeking an accomplished Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing a forthcoming Ground Up Multifamily project, assuming responsibility for the project's entire lifecycle.

Location : Charleston, SC

Key Highlights :

Manage an exciting Multifamily project from inception to completion.
Ideal for candidate is local to the Carolina's and / or willing to Travel

Candidate Requirements :

Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
