Personal Lines Insurance Agent

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service to Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic communications

Assist in interpreting verbal and written communication to make appropriate decisions

Engage with a collaborative team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred; license preparation offered for qualified candidates

Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred

Spanish / bi-lingual skills are a plus

Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace

Flexibility in working hours is a must
