Description : Supports the daily operations of the IBM Maximo asset management system by assisting with data entry, report generation, and user support. They help ensure accurate recordkeeping and smooth workflow coordination across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Receive and process customer service requests via phone and email.
  • Create work orders in Maximo 7.6 Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Evaluate and classify requests as routine, urgent, or emergency.
  • Ensure accurate input of job order details including codes and classifications.
  • Approve work orders and provide customers with reference numbers.
  • Ensure proper dispatch center notification per SOPs.
  • Collaborate with customers and associates to validate and process requests.
  • Overtime : Authorized, up to 352 hours / year (aggregated among assistants).
  • Emergency relocation to NAS Pensacola may be required for up to 30 days.

Education and Experience :

  • Basic understanding of facility maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to follow administrative policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience with or ability to learn Maximo 7.6.
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and professional interaction skills.
