Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Project Manager to join a team of qualified and diverse individuals onsite in Huntsville, AL supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division as a member of the Employee Experience Team. In this position, the selected candidate will have responsibility for onboarding talent and employee experience opportunities. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Facilitation of Division onboarding :
• Improvement of Division orientation and programmatic offerings from Pre-hire through year 1 of work with Strategic Deterrent Systems
• Document SDS Division level processes, procedures and guidance documents aligned to the Space Systems sector
• Help develop and shape additional programs / processes to improve the overall Employee Experience

These positions will have a standard work schedule of 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
