Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen ManagerProven scratch cooking experience in an upscale restaurantStrong commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team membersAbility to train, manage, and coach the culinary teamExperience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and communication with senior leadershipSous Chef Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience in high-volume kitchen environmentsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for quality ingredients and food presentationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
