A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and promote additional products
Provide empathetic support to customers involved in accidents and set up new claim reports
Navigate multiple computer systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with an opportunity to obtain it during training
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
