As part of our Blue Horizons team, you'll work closely with teachers to support students with sensory, behavioral, and learning needs in a safe and nurturing environment.
Pay Rate : Starting at $19 / hour+ (based on experience & certifications)
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 5.5-6 hours / day
Type : Full-Time, Part-Time, Substitute, Long-Term
Setting : Multiple public school campuses
Training : All required certifications (including AB1172) are fully paid by us
If you are a certified Behavioral Technician, please mention that to the hiring manager and include the BT Certificate with your application.

✅ What You'll Do
Support students in classrooms and activitiesAssist with toileting and daily routines when neededProvide tutoring for individuals or small groupsMonitor student progress and behaviorUse de-escalation techniques (training provided)Assist teachers with materials, lesson prep, and light clerical tasksSupervise during lunch, playground, or field tripsMaintain confidentiality and ensure a safe learning environment✅ What We're Looking For
Passionate, patient, and reliable individuals who want to help students succeedHigh school diploma or equivalent required; child development coursework is a plusBT certification required for Behavioral Technician role (Instructional Aide positions available without it)Experience with children with special needs is a bonus - but not required (we'll train you!)Must pass TB test✅ Apply Now & Start Changing Lives!
