Responsibilities
The Trainee will be enrolled in our exclusive training program to become a USCG-licensed tankermen. Tankermen specialize in loading and discharging liquid tank barges shoreside. AccuTRANS tankermen are licensed and experienced PICs (Persons in Charge) in the handling of dangerous liquids and are extensively trained in safety, firefighting and emergency response. This is a shore-based position and reports into our Corpus Christi, TX office.
Qualifications
- Valid / current Driver License required
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a physical / drug screen and background check
- Outdoor job experience or technical / mechanical experience is a plus
- Must be able to work a 24 hour on-call schedule
