BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Tinton Falls Assistive Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Monmouth County.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Monmouth County.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Salary : $90,000- $95,000 / year depending on qualification
