Position Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes. Proactively seek to provide luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively greet, interact, and assist all guests in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious spa environment.
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, assist guests with questions and book reservations.
• Practice teamwork, create a positive work environment, warmly interact with fellow team members and thank them when they lend assistance.
• Handle room charges and credit card transactions when taking payments for services and retail purchases.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct use of spa POS and online booking platforms.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, no matter how busy or time of day.
• Be familiar with all Resort services / features and local attractions / activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Be knowledgeable of your department and resort goals.
• Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up with management to ensure the guest's satisfaction.
• Identify and report defects throughout the spa; notify manager immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
• Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
