The People Systems Analyst will support maintenance and enhancement of CLEAR's Workday platform and other People applications, playing an important role in optimizing solutions that support CLEAR's growing and evolving workforce. As People Systems Analyst, you'll support People processes, initiatives, operations, and reporting across relevant functional areas. This is an ideal role for someone early in their Workday or HRIS career who's eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of cross-functional systems support and development.

What You'll Do :

• Provide ongoing support, configuration, testing, maintenance, and audits across People technology platforms including Workday HCM, ATS applications, and other relevant technology.
• Collaborate with People, IT, Finance, and Data teams on cross-functional solutions, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Support the intake, prioritization, and delivery of roadmap features and enhancements.
• Optimize business processes with a focus on scalability and sustainability.
• Support data-driven decisions through development of custom reports and dashboards that make People data and insights accessible and actionable.
• Triage and resolve support issues using a case management system based on impact and urgency.
• Administer and audit system permissions to ensure compliance and data privacy.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides; support change management and training related to process updates and new feature implementations.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-105,000 depending on levels of skills and experience. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
