Position Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media & Paid Media Specialist who can balance the art of building engaging online communities with the science of running targeted ad campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our voice on social platforms, design and manage paid campaigns, and contribute to content creation that fuels our brand’s growth.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives on performance metrics but also loves sparking conversations and connections. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our content and design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management : Own our day-to-day presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Create engaging posts, interact with followers, and grow our communities.
• Paid Media Campaigns : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.
• Content Creation : Collaborate with our team to produce content tailored for social — from posts and graphics to short-form video.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor campaign performance using available tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, platform analytics). Provide insights and recommendations that improve ROI.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with sales and content creators to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.

Salary Range - $75,000 to $90,000
