Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with accuracy.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping customers.
