We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs, and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping customers.
