Summary
Seeking a skilled Project & Marketing Coordinator to support COO with special projects, marketing efforts, and business development initiatives that will contribute to membership growth and retention.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managed care and IPA operations, along with a solid understanding of membership growth and engagement strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will work with internal teams and external partners to help achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels.
- Serve as a special project and marketing coordinator for the COO
- Assist with new business development efforts by creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients
- Support IPA membership growth and retention initiatives through strategic planning and execution of outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Draft content for internal and external communications including newsletters, marketing collateral, case studies, and client engagement tools.
- Track and report on project progress, marketing performance metrics, and membership data to support informed decision-making.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Support the COO with administrative and analytical tasks, including scheduling, research, and document preparation as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Marketing experience or training, with the ability to develop content and messaging that aligns with business goals.Understanding of IPA structures, membership growth and retention strategies, and healthcare delivery systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under minimal supervisionExperience, Licenses, Certification and Education Requirements :
