Job Title : Patient Access Representative
Location : Claremore, OK 74017
Duration : 13 Weeks Contract
Shift Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM, weekends required
Job Description :
- Serve as first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration and experience.
- Collect and input patient demographics and insurance details into EHR accurately.
- Verify insurance coverage, benefit, and resolve discrepancies.
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and maintain admission / discharge documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
- Handle administrative tasks including calls, billing inquiries, and record maintenance.
