Job Title : Patient Access Representative

Location : Claremore, OK 74017

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract

Shift Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM, weekends required

Job Description :

• Serve as first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth registration and experience.
• Collect and input patient demographics and insurance details into EHR accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefit, and resolve discrepancies.
• Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and maintain admission / discharge documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Handle administrative tasks including calls, billing inquiries, and record maintenance.
