A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement staffing strategies, including sourcing approaches and selection processes

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes

Organize and lead post-interview debriefs with interview teams and candidates

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment

Preferred Bachelor's Degree

Preferred 5-7 years of experience in recruitment
