Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and consultation to ensure alignment of department resources with operational priorities

Compile and administer the annual budget, ensuring accountability and compliance with standards

Lead financial analysis projects and oversee financial issues related to capital expenditures and investment opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred (e.g., MBA, Master's in Mathematics, Statistics)

10+ years of relevant work experience

3+ years of experience leading teams

Prior experience in sales or revenue finance

Non-profit experience is a plus
