Responsibilities
Sales Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of skilled insurance agents, guiding them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Performance Monitoring : Oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies to enhance sales efficiency.
Training & Development : Organize regular training sessions to upskill the team, ensuring they are well-versed with the latest insurance products and market trends.
Client Relations : Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Daytona Beach area.
Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics and present them to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for business improvements.
Requirements
Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or management, with a proven track record of success.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Aptitude : Deep understanding of insurance sales processes and familiarity with the latest industry trends and products.
Certification : Valid insurance licenses as required by the state of Florida.
Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer Focus : Commitment to providing excellent customer service and developing client relations.
