Permanent Otolaryngologist (ENT) – $150K Bonus + ASC JV Opportunity | Bettendorf, IA
Location : Bettendorf, Iowa (Quad Cities Region)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (flexible based on provider preference)
Call : Equitably shared with nearby private practice (currently 1 : 3, moving to 1 : 4)
Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization in Eastern Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its growing outpatient team. This is a full-time position based in a multisite, collaborative setting with access to cutting-edge facilities —including a new 113,000 sq. ft. medical campus under development with outpatient surgery, physical therapy, and administrative space.
Key Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (BE within 3 years)
Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain
ACLS and PALS certification or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice history
Willingness to travel to multiple clinic sites
Visa status (H-1B or J-1) must be disclosed at submission
Practice Details
Setting : Outpatient-based, multi-clinic coverage
Environment : Collaborative with surgical and therapy services onsite
Team : Work alongside experienced providers, with surgical and admin support
Facilities : Includes new state-of-the-art medical campus (opening soon)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : Competitive, based on experience and training (discussed at interview)
Guarantee : 2-year salary guarantee
Bonus Package : $150,000
Joint Venture : Opportunity to buy into ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
