Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that support business growth and operational excellence
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related matters, including change management and performance management
Oversee compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date employee records
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or technology startups
Proven track record of scaling a company from ~70 to 250+ employees
Knowledge of nationwide employment laws and regulations
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams
High level of integrity and judgment in handling sensitive information
