Overview

EMH&T is currently seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Urban Design team located in Columbus, OH. Our Engineers collaborate with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Work includes preparing conceptual plans, exhibits, and plan sets. May include drainage analysis, preparing surfaces, line work and contour drawings from survey data points; developing plan and profile drawings and details, grading, utility plans, storm sewers, roadways, required easements, access drives, parking and more, in accordance with local zoning standards and internal EMH&T drafting standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 5+ years experience.
  • Work experience, including internships or co-op experiences in civil, construction, or a related area and exposure to engineering consulting firm environment, preferred.
