Key Responsibilities
Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services and APIs
Drive cloud-native designs and manage CI / CD pipelines and automated testing
Coach and develop engineers, set goals, and manage incident response and analysis
Required Qualifications
3+ years of engineering management experience
Strong hands-on .NET development experience
Cloud experience, specifically with AWS
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of observability and production support practices
