Maintenance Technician – Dayton OH (1st Shift)

Seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in the manufacturing industry. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in

ensuring production equipment and facilities operate at peak performance.

You will be working on everything from general building upkeep to the complete disassembly and repair of complex machinery. This is a critical role that directly impacts the safety, efficiency, and productivity of our operations.

• Preventative maintenance and timely repairs on a wide range of production equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and repair metal stamping presses (experience required)
• Ensure equipment is compliant with safety protocols, including lockout / tagout procedures
• Collaborate closely with other maintenance team members, production staff, and supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
• Work safely in high places (up to 40 feet) and confined spaces as needed
• Support general building maintenance activities.

REQUIREMENTS :

High school diploma or GED (required)

Vocational training or coursework in machinery maintenance, hydraulics,

pneumatics, or electrical systems (preferred)

Proven experience with metal stamping press maintenance (required)

Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems (a plus)

Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a safety-first mindset

Valid driver’s license
