A company is looking for a One Stop Specialist I to assist and support students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students with financial aid processes and provide information regarding their applications
Support student accounts by addressing inquiries related to payments, holds, and refunds
Provide student services assistance, including registration questions and tracking missing documents
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or relevant combination of experience and education
2+ years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or customer service roles
Knowledge of financial aid programs and student services
Experience in higher education is preferred
Familiarity with university policies and procedures is desired
