Position Summary :

  • Ladgov Corporation is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide pre-employment psychological evaluations for candidates applying to become Federal Wildlife Officers.
  • The examiner will assess applicants’ psychological suitability for law enforcement roles through standardized testing and virtual interviews, ultimately providing formal reports and hiring recommendations to USFWS.

Job Title :

  • Psychological Examiner  Location : Remote (Virtual Service Delivery) Key Responsibilities : Conduct virtual psychological assessments for entry-level and lateral Federal Wildlife Officer candidates.
  • Administer, interpret, and review standardized psychological tests and interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates for clinical psychopathology, emotional regulation, judgment, stress tolerance, substance abuse tendencies, and other behavioral risk indicators.
  • Identify qualified candidates likely to succeed in high-demand law enforcement environments.
  • Provide written individual psychological evaluation reports and hiring recommendations to the USFWS within specified deadlines.

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD).
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of practice.
  • Experience conducting law enforcement psychological evaluations is perferred.
