Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm located in Burbank, CA, is seeking a talented and dedicated Litigation & Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their growing team. The firm is known for providing exceptional legal services and delivering favorable outcomes for clients.

As a Litigation & Personal Injury Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution, representing clients in a variety of personal injury and general litigation matters.

  • Direct Hire
  • Firm is a highly collaborative firm, and this position will be onsite due to that.
  • Base salary : $100 - $150k
  • Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, holidays, profit sharing
  • Firm has very tenured employees.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, and more.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
  • Attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing them with case updates and legal advice.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines, court rules, and procedures.

    • Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in litigation and personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and courtroom practice.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
