Position Summary

Spearhead structural design for major commercial projects including office buildings, hospitals, sports facilities, and civic structures. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables throughout all design and construction phases. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, contractors, and internal engineering teams. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence. Maintain a client-focused approach and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Qualifications

4-8 years of direct experience in structural design for commercial buildings

Master\'s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

Preferred : Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the candidate\'s current state

Demonstrated career progression with leadership and project management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational abilities

Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and consistently deliver high-quality results under pressure
