Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines
- Rotate through various workstations as assigned to maintain production flow
- Handle and manage non-conforming materials by following established procedures
- Immediately report any defects or issues with parts or materials to supervisors
- Conduct seat teardowns and minor rework as required
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained correctly and report any maintenance needs
- Participate in team activities aimed at process improvement and safety enhancements
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers to promote a positive team environment
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly
- Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized
- Exhibit a strong safety mindset and report any unsafe conditions or incidents
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards as prescribed by the company
