job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible for keeping all documentation up to date. Work closely with business users and application team to design, build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts. Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and / or system updates. Accountable as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project Teams. Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support. Provides on-call support 24 / 7. Monitors queues, event logs and brokers and performs maintenance as required. Monitors interfaces with external systems. Creates ad hoc reports per user specifications Scope, Purpose, and Frequency. Frequent interaction with IT staff and end-users, including health system staff, management, or physicians. RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN. Preferred. Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred. Application specific certification / proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable required. Excellent written and verbal communication required. Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders required. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to multitask in high pace work environment required. Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology / Systems, Healthcare preferred. 5-7 years relevant clinical, certification, and / or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 5-7 years relevant clinical, certification, and / or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities / summary.

Short Description
- Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering.
- Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs.
- Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications.
- Demonstrate ability to implement and manage small to medium level projects.
- Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
- Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes.
- Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.
