About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : General

Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Minimum 1 year is required.

License : GA or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission.

Certifications : ARDMS, BLS, CCI, CCI RVS, RDCS - RVT, CCI or RDCS.

Must-Have :

• Ability to float within the facility as needed.
• Compliance with all necessary regulations and requirements to start on time.
• Review and pass clinical fit assessment.

Description :

This position is for an Ultrasound Tech in a sensitive unit.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.

There is no required call duty.

The traveler will be expected to work on major holidays.

If one major holiday occurs during the assignment period, the traveler must work it.

For two major holidays, the traveler will also be expected to work both.

For three major holidays, the traveler must work two of the holidays.

Compliance is required to start on time, and if not compliant, there may be delays.

Travelers need to submit time-off requests with a maximum of 7 days.

Previous charge experience is not applicable.

Preferred patient care experience includes various age groups : neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Candidate references are highly preferred.

Candidates must be available to submit core items and complete necessary documentation within 48 hours of signing the contract for an on-time start.

Modules will be completed during orientation.
