Blackmore & Buckner Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC, is a Union Contractor located in Noblesville, Indiana, provides roofing and sheet metal services for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities across the state of Indiana.

Blackmore and Buckner, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing service foreman at our Noblesville, IN location

You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Coatings, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Responsibilities :

Roof maintenance and repairs
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Core Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old

2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews

A valid driver's license

Bilingual a plus!, English and Spanish(not required)

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly

Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions

Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.

Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.

Technology savvy

On Call weekends from time to time

We Offer :

STARTING PAY RATE OF $32.00-$33.50 / HR. BOE

Total union package including Pension, Supplemental pension, and Health and Welfare totaling $49.34 / HR for Foreman.
