Tampa, FL in Ybor City (Hybrid; Remote Monday & Friday)
Our global manufacturing client is seeking a Configurator Systems Analyst II. This position plays a critical role in the configuration and optimization of their digital product catalog, supporting product configuration development, compliance programs, and key transformation projects. This position is involved in the rebuilding of their configurator catalog and will help lead the team in product rules development in the configurator environment.
The analyst will use the Paradigm platform to develop and maintain product configurations for their door solutions andwill actively collaborate with stakeholders using Jira and Azure DevOps to manage and track development efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, interpret, and manage business and product requirements
- Develop and maintain product rules and configurations using the Paradigm platform
- Load and manage necessary data structures to support product logic
- Lead and prioritize development efforts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Manage, track, and report on backlog, development progress, and maintenance using Jira and Azure DevOps
- Participate in the rebuild and optimization of the configurator catalog to align with evolving business and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and end users to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver resolutions, modeling unit changes to the system
- Support integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
- Perform peer / code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing
- Ensure adherence to documentation, versioning, and software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent work experienceProven experience with configurator platforms; Paradigm experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with product modeling, rules-based configuration, and product catalog systemsExperience managing work in Agile / Scrum environmentsStrong understanding of requirements implementation and SDLCExperience in software testing methodologies : Unit, Integration, Regression, and UATExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsEffective communicator with technical and non-technical teamsBusiness & Technical Competencies :
Strong understanding of product rules development and catalog structureProficient with modern development tools and platforms including Jira and Azure DevOpsFamiliarity with integration between product configurators and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, PLM)Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to translate user requests, troubleshoot and resolve user-initiated discrepancies and communicate those to the appropriate staff as necessaryComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentJob Type : Contract
Pay : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
