QUALIFICATIONS :
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Effective communication skills, including knowledge of grammar rules
3. Ability to exercise tact, discretion and confidentiality in the performance of duties
4. Quality customer service skills
5. Knowledge of office software, technology and tools, including AI programs that promote efficiency
6. Exceptional typing proficiency and speed
7. Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
8. Other appropriate qualifications as determined by the Executive Director
REPORTS TO : Deputy Director and Staff Attorneys
SUPERVISES : N / A
COORDINATES / COLLABORATES WITH : Legal Team and OSSBA Staff
JOB GOAL : Assists with the delivery of legal services to OSSBA members

o Title IX Services
OTHER DUTIES :
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Walk, bend, kneel, and reach.
2. Sit for extended periods of time at a desk to perform job functions.
3. Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
4. Read, write, and interpret written documents.
5. Hearing and speaking adequate to exchange information with others.
6. Manipulate, handle, feel, and control items or equipment.
ENVIRONMENT : This position involves a typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues. The legal suite is located on the second floor of the building, and an elevator is available. Occasional travel may be required.
EVALUATION : This position will be evaluated annually by the Deputy Executive Director
SALARY RANGE : $XX-XX / hour, based on the successful candidate’s experience
FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt
