Responsibilities
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY
- Develop strategies and lead the implementation to achieve improvement in on-time delivery, cost, safety, quality and productivity
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Sets future staffing needs and development of the team
- Conducts performance reviews on subordinates
- Partners with various support functions on any new or changing statements of work Communicates with internal customers
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Aviation, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Finishing / Processing, Assembly or Machining5+ years of experience managing / supervising a team of 100 or more employees5+ years leadership / management experience (industry or military)5+ years of experience in manufacturing environmentPrior management level experience reporting out to Senior Leadership on department production statusPrior budgetary responsibility or review experience for associated department P&LExperience reviewing, delivering or monitoring production metricsExperience in Microsoft Office SuiteLeading teams and driving route cause corrective actions (RCCA)Ability to coach and develop teamPrior experience working with and leading multiple cross functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining etc.)Preferred Qualifications :
